Product description: The product is water based aliphatic PU inmould coating, apply to surface coating on PU integral skin foam with covering foam line,

 flexible and anti yellow-ing,low VOCs,the production processing same as solvent based inmould coating.

Uasage:

a. The moulds temperature 40~60degree.

b. Spray the release agent evenly into moulds and clean with cotton.

c. Spray inmould coating evenly into moulds.

d. Pour the pu materials  into moulds, close the moulds and shake.

Tips:

a. suggest to test it before large scale production and pay attention to the choice

of release agent.

b. Please keep draughty when using the product.

c. Please clean the spray gun and tools after use.
