Product description: The product apply to surface coating PU integral skin foam or high resilience foam with covering foam line, flexible and high covering power.
Uasage:
a. The moulds temperature 40~60degree.
b. Spray the release agent evenly into moulds and clean with cotton.
c. Inmould coating: MEK(1:4~5) deluted into 10s of viscosity(cup#4); spray evenly
into moulds.
d. Pour the pu mixtures into moulds, close the moulds and shake.
Tips:
a. Suggest to test it before large scale production and pay attention to the choice of release agent.
b. The product is concentrate, please fully dilute with MEK before using it.
c. Please keep draughty when using the product.
