Product description: The product specially applied coloring or coating to PU middle soles DIP shoes with covering foam line, flexible and anti yellowing,
the production processing same as solvents based inmould coating.
Uasage:
a. The moulds temperature 50~70degree.
b. Spray the release agent evenly into moulds and clean with cotton.
c. Spray inmould coating evenly into moulds.
d. Pour the pu materials into moulds, close the moulds and shake.
Tips:
a. suggest to test it before large scale production and pay attention to the choice of release agent.
b. Please keep draughty when using the product.
c. Please clean the spray gun and tools after use.
