AMINE CATALYST A-33

Product description:

It is a highly active tertiary amine catalyst that promotes the reaction of isocyanateand polyols. It impacts a high level of activity and good physical properties to flexible foam system. If use it with catalyst A-1 together in flexible foam formulations can achieve excellent results.

Application:

Potential applications for Amine catalyst A-33 include: polyurethane flexible foam, furniture,  auto parts, also used as polyurethane CASE and room temperature curing silicone rubber catalyst.

Typical Physical Properties:

Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid

Density @25℃:  1.0-1.1 g/cm³

Viscosity @25℃:  50-80 mPa.s

Water content： ≤1.5%

General Considerations for Use:

Amine catalyst A-33 is sensitive to oxidation and properly sealed containers should be stored in a dry place. Product should be used as quickly as possible after opening.Once product has been diluted into polyol, the solution should be used the same day.
