Product description: The product apply to surface coating PU integral skin foam with covering foam line, high covering power and high chemicals resistance.

Uasage:

a. The moulds temperature 40~60degree.

b. Spray the release agent evenly into moulds and clean with cotton.

c. The inmould coating mix with 10% curing agent, spray into moulds evenly.

d. Pour the PU mixtures into moulds, close the moulds and shake.

Tips:

a. suggest to test it before large scale production and pay attention to the choice

of release agent.

b. Use the mixed inmould coating in 4 hours.

c. Please keep draughty when using the product.

d. Please clean the spray gun and tools after use.
